A Twisted Rumor
There's another rumor circling through the city and this one is getting out of hand. It has twisted and skewed, evolved and mutated into something impossible to ignore:
"If you interact with the Fallen Stars, you'll disappear.
For the past week, this is exactly what has happened. People in town are disappearing and in their usual places are piles of the same black, glittering sludge that bled from the SpaceTime Shrine. People are becoming hesitant to help the Fallen Stars, even asking them to leave properties they once stayed in or not giving them free food and supplies. It's forcing Fallen Stars to help each other out and it's also putting a lot of strain on the Kami, who all insist that the Fallen Stars must be helped. Rumors and their real consequences be damned, apparently.
But there is hope. In a world powered by faith, that sort of power is especially important.

(A) Late Night Stroll
It's passed midnight when you feel something tug at your hair. Was it the wind or a hand? You can't tell, but you can't get back to what you were doing either. Whether you were sound asleep or focusing on a task, or even deep in conversation, your mind cannot get back on track.
You can feel that tug again. In the distance, you can hear the loud hum of a out-of-tune radio and hear familiar voices. They get louder as you follow them through the city, until you reach a familiar landmark. The TimeSpace Shrine, which is now oozing more black, glittering goo than ever before. In the darkness of night, it almost looks like a melted sky of stars.
The sound became unbearable once you got close to the shrine. Fortunately, all that it takes to shut it up is to touch the shrine. Unfortunately, that task will probably feel very difficult. The humming is loud and you can hear familiar voices mixed into the radio static. It's as if someone is tuning a radio that broadcasts your important memories. Whether they are extremely happy or horrendously sad, these moments that should be yours can now be heard by anyone around you.
Once you touch the shrine, the sound abruptly stops. You may find that you aren't the only Fallen Star who was lured to the shrine tonight either. The humming occurs only on one night and for all of the Fallen Stars, though some might sleepwalk through the experience and not remember it later.

(B) Dark Like Stars
Earlier in the month, you were seeing illusions of people from home. People whose form melted into black, glittery goo when you got close to them. Those illusions stopped appearing, but the puddles they had left still remained. The number of citizens has become thinner and it's speculated that they were somehow the ones who turned into goo, while you mistook them for another person on chance.
Most people are afraid of the puddles, too. So in order to clean the city, a reward has been announced for anyone who helps. Put the goo in a container, bring it to the Shrine of Curiosity, and you'll be rewarded with whatever you need to survive. Something that might be especially appealing to Fallen Stars right now, when the citizens are reluctant to offer aid.
For the most part, this is an easy job. You're given gloves and containers and advised not to touch the goo. The containers are a bit heavier than they'd be if filled with water. But they also whisper. That's probably not normal. And if you touch the goo, it leaves your skin itchy. A rash will form, one that looks eerily like cherry blossom petals. Rinse with warm water and you'll be fine in a few minutes.

(C) disappearances
By the end of the month, the rumor of disappearing has grown louder. Those who did not interact with Fallen Stars are fine and well, but the civilians who did reach out with kindness have vanished. The sun sets one night and seems to take these people with it. Shops once held by helpful civilians don't close that night. If they were in the company of others, then they vanished the moment that everyone looked away or blinked. There is no creepy puddle of black sparklegoo left behind this time: Only a few cherry blossoms, which blow away.
Over the next week days, "missing" signs will be hung all over the city. Among the signs are two for some familiar NPCs: Omichron Yumeno, who has been helping people settle, and Mikale Reed, who owned a cafe that welcomed Fallen Stars.
But it isn't just the humans. Perhaps you didn't notice before, but there have always been spirits hovering nearby to protect the Fallen Stars. Despite all of the rumors, these warm and colourful glows have persisted to show their support. But once the sun sets, those helpful lights go out. The city, which is usually lit by firefly sized lights all night, is darker than usual as a result.

(D) Hunting the Rumor
It wouldn't be a stretch to assume that the rumor has something to do with the disappearances. And on top of everything, the reblooming of cherry blossoms trees has stopped. Petals now fill the streets and do not return to their trees by morning. No one is picnicking anymore.
But one cherry blossom tree is in bloom. Another type of gossip is spreading in confused tones: The singular cherry blossom on the bottom level is in full bloom. The first level of this stacked city does not openly acknowledge spirits or kami, so the people there are disturbed to have their tree rebloom. The petals that line the streets are being swept downwards by the wind. Maybe it's worth checking out?

How To Solve Mysteries
Mysteries will be solved with a mix of OOC & IC clue hunting.
At the top of the event post there will be a Top-Level for "clue hunting." You can use this to tell the mod team what your character is investigating & get answers as to what they will find.
Character top-levels may also get NPC interactions.

1) If Hanyuu eats one of the konpeito at this time, would anything happen?
2) Will Inaba's nullification do anything to the goo if she physically touches it? Actually, will Inaba's nullification potentially cancel out the memory broadcasts as well?

[ As someone who doesn't necessarily need to sleep, Hanyuu is awake when she feels the tug.
She doesn't resist it; instead, she goes and quickly flies to where it is--this time, she doesn't bother to hide the horns that adorn her head. But when she reaches near the shrine, those around her can hear a memory.
A long, far off memory. For those who have heard Hanyuu's voice before, they'll recognize it, but there is something evidently more mature and adultlike.
But there is also another voice in the air: one that is of a younger girl unfamiliar to most, if not everyone here. ]
"Why must a child kill and bury her own mother?"
[ Hearing that familiar voice alone, with those words makes her flinch. ]
Ouka...
[ And yet, the broadcast continues: ]
"Do not ask, my child. I am not human. My horns prove that I am a demon. The role of a demon is to bear the burden of the calamities that befall the human world."
"Why must you, one woman, bear all the sins of the human world!?"
"People live their lives lost in sin. And if they cannot push those sins onto someone else, they cannot go on living. No one wants to bear that burden. They push it back and forth, trying to make others take it. But if I, a demon, take that burden and let the people drive me away... then, the people will be free of the fate that causes them to doubt each other, to fight with each other. And so, my child...strike me, drive me out, send me drifting down the marsh and sink me in the swamp. This is the destiny I accept, as one who is not human."
"I do not understand, mother! Indeed, you cannot hide your horns. But are you saying that those horns alone make you something inhuman? Even with those horns... to me, you are nothing if not human!"
...It has been so long since I've heard your voice. I wonder why I'm hearing it now. Is it because I've once again accepted my role? Is that what you're trying to tell me...?
[ Of course she's speaking aloud, but all of this is audible for everyone to hear, and people who are around might notice Hanyuu's upset as her face scrunches up slightly. ]
fragment two.
[ As someone who's been helping out at the bakery, promising herself that she'd use this time to help others, when she notices Mikale is just absolutely gone, replaced with cherry blossoms that scatter across the kitchen and an oven that's turned on, she almost freezes.
Before realizing that she should turn the oven off before the creampuffs get burnt, or worse: the entire bakery sets on fire.
Immediately, Hanyuu frowns deeply, instinctively thinking it's her fault.
And so, she says a few simple words: ]
... I'm sorry. This must be my fault.
[ Of course, she eventually turns to leave, following the petals all the way to the bottom levels.
And when she realizes that the petals have led here, she finds herself in shock, eyes growing wide as she rushes over with quick hurried feet to check out the cherry blossom tree, to see if there have been any changes to it since the last time she was here.
But there's definitely a disturbed look in her eyes and if one pays close attention, there's also something knowing there. ]
fragment wildcard.
[ Come at me, punks. Feel free to message me for a personal starter either via PM or via plurk
tsundereban, but you can also hit up my plotting post, too. ]

[ Also someone who is awake at late hours, she feels a bit of the tug. And while something like that is something that she probably shouldn't be actively leading towards... investigation is in her blood.
So here she is, out at midnight.
But she has her nullification on, so none of the broadcasts are her memories, but she sure can hear others, so that's fun. Time to not turn off nullification for the rest of the night!!
If you're in the midst of a memory, she's going to attempt to put a hand on a shoulder, which will alleviate things for the time being. ]
Looks like this came in handy after all. But we'll have to find the source if we want to stop it for good.
option two:
[ Inaba is officially Library's Little Helper now. And honestly, it's a win-win for her, because she wanted to investigate the goo in the first place and now she's getting paid for it?
Although she's not so sure about getting housing. Sure, she's an adult and all, but there's a lot of things that she isn't entirely good at.
(Read as: her cooking is still mediocre, even if she's been learning the last two years in order to appease certain people in her life.)
Nevertheless, she's touching the goo with her bare hands just to see if anything would happen to it... and nothing. She's fine. It still exists, however, so there seems to be some limits. If someone's with her trying to collect some as well, she'll just smile politely. ]
You want to try helping me run some tests on this? I want to learn what's up with it -- we might be able to find out how to get everyone back if we understand this a little more.
option wildcard:
[ Want to play something else that isn't either of these prompts? Feel free to message me via PM or at

Ahhh I'm happy to help but you shouldn't be doing that! It itches? [Is he the only one with a goo allergy???
Whatever. He's walking over to help her clean her hand, offering his tie because it's all that he has.] Here. Oh wait, I should take it off first.
[Putting down his own buckets of goo now, so that he can remove his tie.]

[A pull to the TimeSpace shrine... well, she normally wants to go there, to continue her attempts at violence. But an external pull is new.
... The noise is unbearable. The sound of pain, of suffering- And Fauna's inhuman ears make it louder, amplifying the noise. But she has to continue. She has to get to the top, and put a stop to this, smashing the whole shrine-
Smash. The sound of shattering glass pulls Fauna from her reverie. She looks around, but there's nothing that can cause that... until an adult man's voice can be heard echoing around it: "What, you're one of those damn freaks? No son of mine is gonna wear a dress." Another sound of breaking glass, and splashing- A bottle breaking. "Get out of my damn house, you ungrateful brat!"
A young voice, screaming in rage and hate, without words.
Fauna freezes. That voice shouldn't be... That shouldn't be possible. She can't...
As her mind is jumbled, another voice cuts in. A younger girl, with a strange, ethereal tone to her voice: "You poor thing... Drowning in despair. I will save you from it... What is it you wish for?"
"I don't want anyone else to feel like this..." The other voice replies. "I want to be a hero who can save people... I want justice, but there's no justice in this world!"
"Yes." The girl's voice replies serenely. "There's no justice in this world. That is why I wish to create a new one. Will you help me? To destroy this world full of anguish and despair, and create one of justice?"
"I- Yeah. Yeah. Let's make a better world..."
Fauna starts sprinting towards the shrine faster, ignoring the noise. She can't- Why is this place throwing these memories at her?]
b. wild actions
[For a while, Fauna can be found just staring at the missing poster of Chron.]
... This was my fault, huh.
[She murmurs aloud, loathing in her voice. But what can she do? If she was smart, maybe she could figure this out. If she was clever, maybe she could figure out a way to bring everyone back. If she was stronger, maybe she wouldn't have gotten Chron involved in the first place.
All she can do is follow the petals, to the first level, to find that tree in bloom.]
... If I break this, will it bring them back?
c. wild card
[Got another idea? Hit me up on her journal or at
A
Also, last time, she wasn't crying. Or collapsed on her knees. And then... The sounds. They're different. Some of them, at least. "You exist to serve," comes a voice, seductive but imperious. "Riana, you need to resist her!", comes a masculine, desperate tone.
And then, what's clearing Pidonus' voice. "What point is there? You must play your role, and I mine, until the end."
Then, Pidonus again. "How... How am I alive? He should have killed me..." The male voice again. "Riana, I-" "STOP CALLING ME THAT!!!" - louder, more pained and desperate.
And then, instead of the radio-like noise, it's her real voice...]
I shouldn't be. I shouldn't exist. My entire role was defined, I played it out...
[And then, words she heard from another voice...]
... No justice. Only reason I get to live... There's no justice in this world...

Hillis Inoaden (Solitary Lady)
[Hillis was not usually one to follow whimsical calls of the night. Feeling her mind and body tugged up the hill to the cold shrine of SpaceTime was eerie. She followed the pull with soft steps quietly. The distant voices she heard were not nostalgic, but irritating. Gabrielle, her younger sister, blaming her for things she had not done. Her brother, Ricard, yelling at her to give back 'his' power. Her fiancee, Christian, whispering sweetly to her in one ear and threatening to kill her after pregnancy in the other. Her father, Diego, telling her to die and pass her power to Ricard... Herself, her own sobbing voice, begging that someone kill her and end her suffering.
Her steps become harsher. As they get louder, Hillis puts more volume into the way she crushes petals under her heels. Standing in front of the shrine, fists clenched and gold eyes sharp with anger, Hillis finally speaks above the voices.]
Do you think repeating your crimes will earn my forgiveness, brother? Sister? Father?
[Roses bloom at her feet and thorned vines rise from their shadows,] I won't hear it. Whoever's power this is: Show yourself. If it's my memories you wish to repeat, it's my revenge you will receive.
(II) Goo Collection
[To those who have met Hillis so far, this may seem unusual. She comes off as lazy and uncaring in her mannerisms, and to some extent that it is true. For Hillis to offer her help is unusual. Yet, here she is. She stands at the base of a puddle and moves rose vines like limbs, using them to scoop goo into buckets and set the buckets in a line. Later, she plans to teleport with as many of them as her power can handle.
Still, she's curious. She kneels next to a puddle and touches it with her finger. Even as the petal-like rash run up her arm, Hillis does not flinch or recoil from the pain. She quietly withdraws her hand and looks at the puddle again. How is it that is seems to whisper at her, despite having no mouth?]
... The shrine had voices too, didn't it?

[As much as Tau tries not to go to the lower levels as a general rule, she couldn't just stand by and do nothing...But she still didn't want to go alone. So instead she asked anyone she noticed stop by one of the missing person's posters for help.]
Are you missing someone too? I want to look where all the petals are going, to see if I can find something out there...Would...Would you want to come with me? Two sets of eyes are better than one set of eyes, right?
Option 2, playing with lights:
[Tau wanted to be outside that night, feeling ansty all cooped up inside with everything happening. But the outside was a lot creepier without all the glowing lights. So Tau did what she could to feel more comfortable: Create the illusion of glowing lights herself. She made them dance in the air around her until she heard a sound just past the light. So much for calming down.
[Her lights froze in place and she turned towards the sound.]
Who is there? Please show yourself.
Option 3, Next step:
[With the familiar feeling the spirit petals gave off, Tau realized something. She wasn't exactly sure what to do with the information. So she went to look for someone she could exchange information with.]
Excuse me? Do you have any knowledge about the tree blooming on the bottom level?
3
[ And immediately, Hanyuu completely freezes, tensing up. Her violet eyes widen in shock, unable to hide the emotions that settle there. ]
I- I don't know anything...! Why would I know anything?
[ It's a baldfaced lie, one that Hanyuu herself is awful at concealing, just like the horns that adorn the side of her head. ]

Kami of Love | NPC
[While the Kami of Love did not hear the humming in the air, she could sense that something was wrong. She could also see that some of the beds in her home were empty, and while there were no petals in the place of bodies there was panic rising in her heart.
It was not hard to pinpoint the Shrine of Spacetime as a source of the fuss. The emotional turmoil and manipulated love was obvious to the kami, enough so that she raced over immediately. Though none of her thoughts were being broadcast, the Kami of Love could hear the thoughts of others. It filled her with equal parts anger and concern.
Start with the concern. She puts her hands on the shoulders of a nearby Fallen Star, gently moving them so that they can make eye contact. Never mind how unsettling her red eyes, with white pupils and an eerie glow in the dark, may look up close. Despite all of the emotions building up, she speaks very calmly.]
Tell me what's wrong. I'm going to fix it, okay?
[ii] buckets of despair
[The Kami of Curiosity had taken on the job of 'goo collection.' Satou couldn't handle it. It whispered at her and drove her empathy mad. That kami had also suggested that Satou shut the shrine doors and wait this out within the Shrine of Love, but she disagreed. This city was built on love, so love could not hide away when things went awry. No matter how much it hurt to love, that feeling was stubborn.
She's smiling and maintaining a calm disposition as she walks through the city, maintaining the line between concerned and leadership. Noticing that the goo gathering efforts have fallen to the, well, Fallen Stars, Satou pauses. This isn't their fault and she should be doing more to prove that... She approaches, offering a small wave and matching smile.]
Good afternoon. Do you need a hand with that? Looks heavy~.
[iii] disappearance at the heart cafe
[Despite all of her attempts to be a good kami, at the end of the day... Satou is Satou. And at the literal end of the day, she stands in front of the 'Heart Cafe,' which is owned by one of the missing civilians. Mikale should be here and he should be falling over himself in happiness to see her.
Instead, the cafe is devoid of what Satou loves about it.
She looks behind her, confirming that the street appears empty, before letting herself into the cafe. Kami do not cry. If she freaks out at her own shrine, then everyone coming to pray for her help will lose faith. Satou can't lock the door behind her without a key, so she can only find a quiet spot to sit and sulk. She sinks to the floor in the kitchen, knees pulled to her chest, and whimpers.]
iii
[As she was looking around the cafe, she heard something in the kitchen, and, suddenly hopeful, went to take a look. Her heart sunk when she realized the sound didn't come from the missing owner.]
Mom? You came here too?

Leo | Pandora Hearts
[It's well passed midnight, when Leo first realizes that he can hear voices again. An alarming discovery for any normal person on its own, but Leo has a history of this. As the latest reincarnation of "Glen," he can hear all of his predecessors holding court in his soul. So while he's surprised at first, that feeling quickly switches to annoyance. Then dread.
The smart thing to do would be to tell his best friend and equal, Elliot. But one look at the clock and Leo concludes that his friend is sleeping. Elliot is a reasonable human, after all, who doesn't need to consume books in one sitting. Why would he be awake at this hour? Using a bookmark is a foreign concept to Leo, who can reads faster than most boys can eat, but here he is! Taking a stray envelope and setting it between two pages, and leaving an unfinished book on the nearest table.
He goes to fetch a coat and quietly exits his new home, locking the door behind him. Leo isn't sure if he'll start talking aloud when he screams at the past Glens to shut up, so he opts to bring this outside. No sense waking Elliot, who has been working hard and deserves rest.
All of this is a grand mistake on Leo's part. As he steps outside, the humming sound is much louder. It pulls on his mind and he can’t focus on anything else. He can also hear the voices more clearly. It makes no sense. "Levi" and "Oswald" shouldn't be haunting him anymore. And, quite distantly, he hears Jack mocking him with nonsense about Lacie, which rings too true to how Leo had been feeling for Elliot. Thanks, Leo realizes, I hate it.
Leo casts his gaze back towards the apartment. He should wake his friend up, shouldn't he? Confide in Elliot about hearing other souls in his head. Elliot could anchor him and help him navigate this. Remember how well secret keeping worked out before??
But his friend is probably asleep. Leo doesn’t intend to be out longer than it takes to tell someone to be quiet. He can be back before Elliot knows he’s gone.
And besides. this isn't a problem for "Leo." It's a "Glen" problem. "Glen" summons what can only be described as a monster and gestures towards the rooftops.]
Look after Elliot, Jabberwock. Stay out of sight unless necessary. [It's a simple enough order to follow. Once made, Leo starts off towards the Spacetime Shrine. He's barely left the residential district when he feels the distance between Elliot and him manifest as anger issues.]
Why are they so noisy? Just what on earth is going on up there?
[ii] Disappearances
[Leo has a lot of empathy for those who are missing loved ones. It pushes him to drop everything else and lend a hand to help.
His search stops in the cherry blossom park. It hasn't been long since he was reunited with Elliot here, has it? He'd given up on ever seeing that smile again, but now he has the option of seeing it every day. Surely that will happen for everyone else soon: They just need to find out why these people are missing.
Leo steps off the pathway and towards the bare trees, where he begins searching for fallen petals.]
Strange. I can't find a single one.
Oz Vessalius l Pandora Hearts
What is......? Huh?
[He had been up reading. Not realizing how late it was getting with how focused on his book he was. Oz isn't necessarily new to it. The voices. Given his bond with Alice, and his particular situation regarding Jack Vessalius. But that doesn't mean he likes this. That tugging feeling. The voices. The memories that come with it.
Not all of them are good, happier memories after all. Oz has not exactly had the most perfect and sheltered life.
ooc: I'm down for basically memories of any part for Pandora Hearts! I'm just. Mindful of spoilers for it if others might not have read it/are currently reading through it is all. But feel free to roll with anything from the manga or ask me if you aren't sure!]
b: Dark Like Stars
Ah? Oops!
[Oz is a little distracted. And he gets a little on his skin of his wrists above the gloves. He frowns, scraping it off as best he can back into the container he was given but he still itches. He puts the lid on the container, taking off the gloves before reaching to instinctively scratch at it, not yet noticing the developing rash shaped like cherry blossoms.]
c: Disappearances
[Oz isn't quite sure this place has something similar to the Abyss where people could just.....vanish. The way he had. Hopefully not. He'd missed ten years. He isn't sure what had happened to these people but all the same. Oz does want to help. He knows if this were Gil or Alice or one of his other friends, that he would want everyone todo everything they could to try help.
Not that he seems to really be getting far. Every time he attempts to ask about what was going on, most seem to avoid him, with him being a Fallen Star, after all. But he is poking around a bit in his exploring this place and trying to see if there's any sort of pattern or anything.]
They can't just poof into thin air. Something happened. They have to be somewhere.....
[He mumbles, more to himself than anyone else. Trying not to dwell on his time in the Abyss and how unnerving it was to find it had been ten whole years when it sure hadn't felt like it on his end. No. He'd find these people. Somehow.]

Gus l Sweet Tooth (Netflix)
[Gus is a lighter sleeper. It comes with the whole being part prey thing. Being a deer hybrid. So the tug wakes him from his dozing. He shifts, glancing around and probably making his way in the dark better than most others. Though he may also unintentionally freak others out if they find him, given his eyes, like a deer, seem to light up in the dark as he follows others to make his way to the shrine, where that tug seems to want him to go.
Gus doesn't seem to really question it, if a little confused with the voices, the memories. Let alone his own playing out for others.
ooc: I know Sweet Tooth is ongoing in regards to the Netflix series and is more obscure that not everyone might have seen it (or read the comic - I still need to!) so just give me a tone if you want something happier or more action based or sad or something and I can try roll with it? Maybe? With spoilers up to the end of the first season.]
b: Dark Like Stars
I guess at least this much I can help with....
[Gus is a kid after all. And still adjusting, still generally in the habit of the instinct to hide when around anyone else but Big Man and Bear, essentially. He goes around with his gloves, trying to help clean up as best he can.
Though he might trip on his way back to the shrine with some of this goo and accidentally get some on him as a result.]
Oops.....
c: Disappearances:
Those guys -- the Last Men. They aren't here, are they? They were taking people back home. The kids like me.....I was told I was safe here, but....
[He is less sure now. Unsure what to make of this. But Gus does want to help. Somehow. If he can. At least with finding his mother he had something of a lead. A place to get to. To try and start in finding her. He's not sure on this situation that it is so easy. If even that in getting to her place could be easy.....]

[ Hanyuu is here, as made even more evident as she flies over towards poor Gus with a concerned look in her eyes. Of course, she also isn't hiding her own horns this time around so she's just going 'auau' at the moment. ]

🌹 one.
[ Sometimes you're a wife and mother that just shows up in the world in the midst of this kerfluffle and it's both the middle of the night and also there's voices in the air.
Familiar ones, in fact, to her. ]
"Thank you, Yor."
--Loid?!
[ She blinks, looking left, looking right. No, he's not there.
(Unless he is, but in which case, she'd be hearing his voice in a way that sounds profoundly different. And it even continues.) ]
"Today was a nice change of pace. And it's made me want to keep at it with my job, too."
"...so are you gonna kiss now?"
No we're-- Huh?
[ She's about to make the familiar comedic outburst the second that she hears Anya's voice, almost as if on cue, but then she realizes. That's weird! This is definitely something she's heard before! What's going on? And now she's just blinking in confusion because where is that voice even coming from.
Literally.
What even.
If she sees an unfamiliar face pass by, she decides to sneak up to them in a manner that isn't easily detected (such is the life as an assassin) before speaking up, almost out of nowhere, in a rather polite tone: ]
Um, excuse me. You didn't hear that too, did you...?
[ She's just so confused. ]
🌹 two.
[ You know who is good at doing clean up duty?
Assassins.
You know who has two thumbs and is an assassin?
Yor is. Not that she's publicly announced that, or even will be sharing with the world her status. But when you're stellar at clean up, it also means having a ridiculous stack of bottles right by her side. She'll most likely need money if she's going to staying here with others temporarily.
But what's important, besides her pyramid of goo bottles is that she definitely can hear whispering coming from them, which makes her jump slightly. ]
...is goo supposed to talk...?
[ She's not a scientist! What would she know? ]
🌹 wildcard.
[ Feel free to message me for a personal starter either via PM or through my plurk at
tsundereban if you'd like. Alternatively, hit me up on my plotting toplevel here, too. ]

So, naturally, Yor does it perfectly, and Fauna jumps like she got hit by lightning, spinning around, and tail puffing up like a wire brush. She squeaks in alarm in a rather undignified manner, as well.]
