[A poem that was meant to be sent to Leo was accidentally sent out to everyone on the network.]
I'm glad
I get to see your galaxies
And be part of your story
I want to bookmark everything in blue and gold foil
Even when you tease me
And my fingers stumble over the keys
Of our duet

[oh.
oh no.]
STOP READING IT

I didn’t know that you wrote poetry too! You’re so talented.
no subject
I don't. Not often, anyway. I wanted to try something, but now it's...
[It's public. Anyone who uses Starnet can see it. Not only is it embarrassing, but would it mean the same to the person it was written for?]
Can I break my device

I’m sure he’s somewhere blushing and being flustered! But he must definitely have seen it. Don’t worry?
no subject
Something like this wouldn't make him blush
WAIT WHY AM I TALKING TO YOU ABOUT THIS?!?!!

And it was meant for a specific audience!

But they do say "the internet is forever".
[ It also probably does not help that the person who saw it has a photographic memory, either. ]

But that doesn't mean that Elliot is going to be happy when he realizes what has happened.]
Dear. Meet me in the living room.

Want anything from the kitchen? I can make you coffee first.

If anyone else saw that message, I'll be the one to deal with them this time. I'm not in a mood for sharing your poetry.

Tell me that was a typo.
no subject
A typo? Goodness, I never make those.
And if you’re to write poetry for me, then it’s for me. I won’t share what’s mine with anyone. Aren’t you aware of the fact that I am not a particularly nice person?
no subject
No. Leo...mnnnhhhhhg.
[There are a lot of words he'd use to describe Leo-- but "nice" wasn't in that description. He's not quite ready to face the world yet, so his voice remains muffled as he speaks.]
That was meant for you...
no subject
I am well aware. Let's ignore them. Their opinions on things that do not concern them are, quite frankly, stupid and useless.

[Sometimes Leo's ability to keep a level head under pressure was frustrating to Elliot. Right now, he's grateful for it. It doesn't quite dispel his embarrassment, or the warm haze he's left in, but it makes it more tolerable. He ends up cuddling closer, lifting up his head just enough to study his expression, lingering on his eyes.]
...What did you think?

[He was about to capslock yell at Stella to ignore it, but…she offered valid feedback and doesn’t seem to be teasing him?]
You think so? I just go with what I’m reminded of.
You write?

But I have family and friends who liked that! Oh, I knew this artist who was famous the world over.
