【OOC】 Spirit Day Planning Post
The Spirit Day log will be going up on October 21st. In preparation, this is a plotting post for planning character-run events. This also includes the Fighting Tournament. Feel free to use this post to plan other stalls, events, or projects that characters might start in honor of the Spirits!
A little form to help you get started with posting project ideas.
【FIGHTING TOURNAMENT】
In order to inspire confidence in their strength, Mikale has suggested that the Fallen Stars put on a fighting tournament. Hopefully, this will show the Facility Children that they can trust the Fallen Stars to rescue them from their captors. Fighters can sign-up until October 20th! After that, I will RNG the fighting pairs and form a bracket list. While you can volunteer to loss a match, wins will be determined by a number guessing game. Basically, both competitors will give me a random number between 1-20 and the closet number wins.
The prize for winning is a dessert buffet for the winner and a friend. Because this is technically a mod event, participants (&especially winners) will become extra popular with the spirits and civilians for a few weeks after winning.

Character Name: Yor Forger
Do you want to roleplay your matches? I'm willing to play out my matches, but it's not necessary.
Do you want to auto lose? Honestly, I go for rule of funny, so depends on the match up. She will be holding back, so I don't want her to like, become the Ultimate Winner, though.
Character Power/Strength Summary: Yor is an assassin, which means that she can hide her presence (Loid, in canon, couldn't notice her walking up to the counter as an example), jump really high, and is just generally physically strong.

How does your character want to help? Organization and Healing. She's very well versed in first aid and has a healing spirit as her partner. She's also very good at helping organizing events in general.

Character Power/Strength Summary: Enhanced strength, toughness. She's extremely stubborn and while she can use fire and a weapon, she'd rather speak things out with her fists. Mostly a magical girl, fights monsters.

Character Power/Strength Summary: Akutagawa has been trained as a weapon for a good portion of his life, so his strength, speed and endurance are all above that of a normal human. On top of that he has access to Rashomon, which is highly versatile and can cut through even space itself.

Character Power/Strength Summary: Taiga's a magical girl of the Puella Magi sort! Her skillset is pretty similar to Sayaka's, now that i think about it. She can summon a wooden training sword and some 10 inch daggers, and has some passive strength buffing and mild regenerative healing. She also. uh. has cute little cat paws when she transforms. Technically she can run faster than normal when transformed, but practically she's a klutz. Overall, she's stronger (and more stubborn) than you'd expect but lacks the skill part of things.

Character Power/Strength Summary: Ryuunosuke's not necessarily a trained fighter, but she's been brawling with her dad for who knows how long, and has what I like to call "Rumiko Strength", where she can just straight up kick a bear and/or beat down an entire gang with not much of a struggle.

Character Power/Strength Summary: Luz has access to a selection of spells in the form of glyphs - this includes fire, ice, light, and plant as base spells, and she can build more using the glyphs as components from there. She will have glyphs prepared beforehand, so it's always possible she may run out in the middle of a fight if she doesn't use them carefully. She's also functionally useless without them, so if you can manage to wrestle them away from her she's pretty much down for the count lol

Character Power/Strength Summary: Milo is an experienced reaper who has experience with a scythe that they can summon at will. Other than that... they don't do much fighting in canon other than participating in (sometimes life-or-death) games in the Camp Dome. I figure they're a rather graceful fighter, but don't like to put in more effort than they need to.

Character Power/Strength Summary: Pidonus has a lot of shenanigans, but in pure martial fighting, her skin is natural armor and she can regenerate from light damage; her actual fighting is solid but in human range martial skill (unless her opponent gets, ahem, distracted). If she breaks out bardic magic, she can heal people, or use a song to enhance the force and precision of her blows significantly. (She does not intend to do so.)

Summary: YOU WILL HAVE RYOKO'S ODEN. It's a soft relaunch of her oden stand from before, she's basically just serving ingredients and sparkling drinks. Nope, no booze.

Summary: Basically - given that it's Spirit Day, how about we have guided tours visiting all of the shrines? They can even leave prayers and the like at each shrine visited, too.
Help Needed: Permission from the kami as well as fellow volunteers for running the tours. Tour guides, organization, etc.
